Productivity: Wrapping up the First Stage of a Special Project
[F094039] As I worked the flow through the little emergency project, more items showed up and were worked on by extending upward from the set-aside kanbans. There are new additions and re-activitation of others.
But the special project continued to be staged across the top.
I don't have a review process for disposiing of the "Done" items. They are stacking up until I do that. Meanwhile, I often consult those items to remind myself about something already accomplished.
There are other little variations in size of cards, coloration, cards on cards, and miniature checklists. I'm carefree about that.
